Oversized Book Positions Mitchells/Richards as World-Class Diamond Jeweler
Diamonds at a clothing store? Or is clothing at a diamond store? Mitchells/Richards wanted us to educate their audience to the fact that they are not just clothing retailers with a jewelry department, but one of the finest jewelers in the Connecticut – and the world – offering impeccable expertise, designers and selection at an exceptional value.
Launching just in time for Mother’s Day, “the proof was in the pudding” as to the success of this piece. Let’s just say that a lot of moms were very happy!!!

HFHCFC Website
Project: Website Redesign
Client: Habitat of Coastal Fairfield County
Habitat of Coastal Fairfield County, CT, one of Habitat’s best-funded and most active affiliates, came to wsaa to re-concept and re-design their site. To make the site more compelling to volunteers, donors and potential homeowners, we wanted to capture the emotion of what they do and what it means to the families they help. We created a moving new tag line “Making Homes Come True,” featuring stories of real families. The home page highlights current “builds” and donating events and heartfelt testimonials from government officials and others are seen throughout the site.

Our Diamonds!
Client: Mitchells/Richards/Marshs
Upon their 50th anniversary in 2008, one of the nation’s top retailers approached us to take their branding to a new level. Building on the concept of CEO Jack Mitchell’s bestseller “Hug Your Customer,” we turned “the hug” into something signature and surprisingly hip! Ever since, we have been “Agency of Record” for all the stores in what we have branded as “The Mitchell Family of Stores.”
