Creating mission-driven brands to further jazz arts education and music that celebrates the human spirit of resilience.

In 2016, Julliard-trained singer/songwriter and Emmy-winning journalist Rondi Charleston and her husband, private investor Steven Ruchefsky, engaged WSAA to re-brand “The Jazz Drama Program,” a non-profit dedicated to jazz arts education. To make the program more compelling to students, teachers and sponsors, we re-named it “Jazz Power Initiative,” and re-created branding and website from scratch to better caption their vision and a logo worthy of logo wear for the thriving Harlem-based organization. Two years later, Steve approached WSAA to create a logo, brand identity and website for his new venture “Resilience Music Alliance,” a label dedicated to promoting artists whose work celebrates the resilient human spirit.
